Refund and Returns Policy

At Top Choice Accessories, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days for normal customers and 5 days for trade customers from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by our error
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special-order products

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the issue.

We will assess the issue and offer:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Or full refund where appropriate

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost during delivery, a full refund or replacement will be offered.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.
